Refund policy

All damaged, broken, or non-functioning items will go through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. In some cases, items may go through troubleshooting steps, depending on the manufacturer's requirements, before proceeding to the RMA process.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@allgoodeh.com with the subject line: "RMA Request", and include the following information:

*All sides of the shipping box (full view)

*The item received (including used items or missing parts like adaptors)

*The tracking number on the box

*The Serial Number(s)

*Inner packaging materials (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, paper fillers, plastics, etc.)

 

Once we receive your complete request, our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm and begin processing your return.

⚠️ Please note: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.
