Return Policy:
1.1. Our return policy allows you to return purchased products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
1.3. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging is not eligible for return.
1.4. Returns are only accepted for products that were directly purchased from our company.
1.5. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, may be required to process the return.
1.6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Return Process:


2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the original purchase date to obtain a return authorization.
2.2. Returns without a valid return authorization, serial number and sales order number may not be accepted or processed.
2.3. Once you have received the return authorization, please follow the provided instructions for returning the product.
2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
2.5. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return policy criteria.
2.6. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
2.7. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed after we received the merchandise back, depending on the payment provider.
