  • Do you have store near me?
    Our headquarters is in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. While we don’t have a physical store, we aim to reduce costs and provide affordable products to our consumers and business partners in Canada. However, We operate multiple warehouses across the country, including locations in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
  • What is the warranty policy for the products purchased?
    All items come with a one-year warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, some products may have a warranty of two years or more. Please refer to the specific manufacturer’s warranty policy for details
  • Shipping policy
    We offer various shipping methods for domestic orders, depending on the destination and weight of the package. Tracking numbers are typically assigned within 1 - 2 business days, with products expected to be received within 2 -5 business days. Please note that holiday periods may result in shipping delays. If you have not received shipment confirmation within 7 days, contact us at support@allgoodeh.com or via chat box. In the case of a package being returned to the sender due to issues with the address provided by the customer, the customer bears the responsibility for shipping costs in the event of a refund request or reshipment.
  • Return merchandise authorization(RMA)
    All Damaged, broken, or not functioning properly Items will undergo the RMA process for returns. Please send us an email at support@allgoodeh.com. With the Subject: RMA process. and send us the following 1. Clear pictures of all sides of the box (full view). 2. Photo of the item received (used and missing adaptor) 3. A photo of the tracking number on the box 4. Photo of the Serial Number(s) 5. Pictures of the inner packaging (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, paper, fillers, plastics, etc.) Once received, our team will get back to you within 24 hours for confirmation and processing.
  • Can I return a damaged, broken, or non-working item?
    Absolutely! You are welcome to return any item that is damaged, broken, or not functioning properly. All Returned Items will undergo Return merchandise authorization(RMA). Please refer to the Return merchandise authorization(RMA) section.
  • Refund policy
    in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please refer to the RMA policy. Please note that All Good Eh Canada will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered an Incompatible item. The user is responsible for ensuring compatibility. If you're unsure about compatibility, our team is more than happy to assist you before purchasing.
  • What is your Order Cut-off Time:
    To ensure the timely processing of your order, please note that the order cut-off time is 8 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.
